Company Profile

Our aim is always to strive to work with the customer on a personal basis and aim to supply the market with the highest quality products at competitive rates, our suppliers being the key factor in being able to do this.

We have extensive knowledge of sourcing our products from around the world, and over the years, we have built up an established network of quality suppliers. We arrange sea freight and process the shipping documents. The relationship we have with various shipping agents is extremely important also. When containers arrive, we de-van the containers, store goods in our warehouse. We can arrange delivery to our customers’ premises, or the customer can collect.

As well as supplying the products themselves and providing the service of stocking and delivering our products, we also provide training and literature on the products and information with regard to any new regulations or certifications which arise. Our staff are very experienced and happy to assist with queries. Planning is essential, keeping prepared for any changes as they come.

In line with the European Timber Regulation, which came in to play on the 3rd March 2013, we as operators, apply due diligence on all timber first placed on the EU market. Our due diligence system meets the standards of the TTF’s Responsible Purchasing Process RPP. We are audited every year and are EUTR compliant.  Tradewood & Co, as a company, stands by our goods.
